Attached please find the forms to initiate the liquidation process of the Company (with the DOF, the Tax, the Customs, and the SHUI Authority):
* Each file comes with its English machine-translated version for your convenience.
* Kindly review the forms, print 2 copies of each Vietnamese PDF file, and sign + stamp them (Please print one-sided, and use blue ink to sign)
* The form “Decision on the Dissolution of the Enterprise _ VIE” in the folder “For DOF (Docs E)“: only needs signature, no need any stamp on it.
* No need to write the date on the forms. We will write the date when we submit the documents to Vietnamese government.
* Please note that due to new Decrees and regulations in Vietnam, the forms required to return the IRC to the DOF are currently being updated. We are verifying these changes and will send you those forms in a separate email.
* Please also include the … original IRC together with the documents.
When the documents are ready, kindly courier the hard copies to our office address.
