1. For opening bank account: subject to each bank, the following main documents shall be required:
– Notarized copy of the Investment Registration Certificate and Enterprise Registration Certificate (the result of registration of the Company in Vietnam);
– Notarized copies of ID card/passport of legal representative;
– The Company in Vietnam seal;
– Many forms from the bank need to be signed and sealed when we come.
2. Minimum deposit when opening bank account: the bank may request for a minimum deposit at the opening of the bank account. And also subject to each bank, minimum deposit is around 1,000,000 VND (for VND account) or 300 USD (for USD account).
