Initial Tax Notifications: Regarding the notification of the accounting regime and fixed asset depreciation method, our team have prepared the form as attached. Kindly print 2 copies of the PDF file, sign and stamp, and return them to our office for submission to the tax authority.

Digital Signature Token (to sign on Tax, SHUI, and e-Invoice platform): Your team may purchase these from any well-known vendor. Please let us know if you require our assistance with this.

Electronic Sales Invoices (e-Invoice): Your team may purchase these from any well-known vendor. Please let us know if you require our assistance with this.

VNeID Organization Identification: Please remind the legal representative to register via VNeID application.

Bank Account and Capital Contribution: Please coordinate with the bank to ensure the account is opened and capital is contributed by ……………………, in accordance with the deadline stated in the IRC.

Handover of Original IRC: Please provide the recipient’s detailed information so we can arrange for the delivery of the original IRC.

Register for FDI Report Account: Kindly print 2 copies of the PDF file, sign and stamp, and return them to our office for submission to the DOF.
