The documents for each employee include (i) the Confirmation letter on annual income of … and (ii) PIT withholding certificate to show all the remuneration they received at ………. and PIT withheld in …
(i) The Confirmation letter on annual income of … : please print out, sign, seal, and send hard copies to them;
(ii) PIT withholding certificate: these were e-tax certificate and signed by the Company’s electronic signature. Please send to the employees mentioned above.
