Normally, the below shall be necessary for opening company bank account in Vietnam:
– The original copies + notarized copies of current Investment Registration Certificate & Enterprise Registration Certificate
– The company stamp
– Original copy + notarized copy of Passport of current legal representative of the Company in Vietnam (who will be the account owner)
– The legal representative will need to directly meet the bank to sign the relevant papers
– The bank will review the documents and may request additional information
