Consulting fee is quoted at … by the team, with 50% prepaid and the other 50% to be paid when the process is completed. The service will only consist of the filing of dissolution documents to be submitted to 4 federal agencies (the Tax Bureau, the Department of Customs, the Social Insurance Agency, the Planning & Investment Department). The service will not include drafting additional accounting documents and tax declarations (this has to be done by internal accountants). Other costs, such as tax penalties if there are problems with past tax declarations, tax payment, fees, etc., cannot be estimated. This is dependent on corporation’s executive and its accountants. The work will be handled by the corporation if the need arises.
Invoices, accounting books and tax declaration information must be provided by the corporation’s accountants upon request. Corporate accountants are responsible for finalizing accounting books + settling corporate income tax + settling tax returns + cancelling invoices + liquidating all assets and inventory + clearing all payable balances in the accounting books.
The team will only draft corporation dissolution documents and submit them to the 04 federal agencies (the Tax Bureau, the Department of Customs, the Social Insurance Agency, the Planning and Investment Department), and it will only act as an intermediary for the clarification of information based 100% on the documents and accounting books from the corporation.
Currently, the Tax Office is suspending many of its activities, due to work overload as well as the general economic situation, so the corporation will need to accept a long processing time.
