Thanks for your kind reply. Yes we can arrange to remotely access the computer this afternoon 2:15PM Vietnam time, to submit the VAT report Q2/2023 for you.

 

Please see some of our notes below:

 

– Please use the ultraviewer software and send us the ID + password information when you are ready. Here’s the link to download: https://www.ultraviewer.net/

– Please plug your USB digital signature token in the Computer

– During our remote session, we will need to donwload the following files to submit the tax report for you:

The plugin file of the online tax return system in Vietnam (thuedientu gdt gov vn)

The official tax report file for Q2/2023 in XML format
