  1. Power of Attorney for Submitting the Application
  2. Certified Copy of ID Card of the Authorized Person
  3. Certified Copy (Notarized in VN or Consular-legalized copy) of Passport / License of the New Investor
  4. Document Requesting Adjustment of Investment Project (Form A.I.11.h)
  5. Certified Copy of the Current Investment Registration Certificate (IRC)
  6. Certified Copy of the New Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC)
  7. Documents Proving the previous Investor completed Capital Contribution before transfer (Financial Report; Bank Confirmation, etc.)
  8. Capital Transfer Contract and Documents Confirming Completion of Transfer (original documents completed to change New ERC before applying for New IRC)
  9. Decision of the Owner (New Investor)
  10. Document Proposing the Investment Project
  11. Report on the Implementation Status of the Investment Project up to the Adjustment Time (Form A.I.12)
  12. Supervision and Evaluation Report Before Adjusting the Investment Project – Form No. 15 issued with Circular 05/2023/TT-BKHĐT
  13. Printed Registration Number from the FDI Website
