According to Clause 1, Article 66 of Decree No. 01/2021/ND-CP, the deadline for registration of business suspension of enterprises is as follows:
The duration of business suspension of each enterprise’s business suspension registration notice must not exceed 1 year.
The current law does not limit the number of times an enterprise can register to suspend its business. Accordingly, an enterprise is not limited in the number of times of registration of business suspension and must ensure that the registration of suspension is carried out in accordance with the provisions of law.
