For preparing PIT finalization year …. of the company, we need to collect authorization letters from employees (if any) to verify who is authorizing the company to finalize the PIT on behalf.
Please kindly refer to the attached form “Authorization for PIT finalization” for your information (Vietnamese version and English version for your reference) and then please send the form to the employees who are working at company.
The employees need to carefully go through the form and determine if they match with the conditions of authorization or not. In case they match the conditions and decide to authorize the company to do the tax finalization for them, they need to fill the information and sign the form, then revert the original copy to the company for filing.
If they do not authorize PIT finalization for the company and request to receive PIT withholding certificate, please inform us.
