The process of issuing judicial record paper by post includes the following steps:
1. Declare the application according to the declaration form at the website lltptructuyen.moj.gov.vn/thanhphohanoi and choose the service of receiving documents and delivering the results by post.
2. Get the file code (6 digits) from the system and print the criminal record issuance declaration.
3. Submit documents at post offices or contact hotline 1900545481 for instructions. When submitting the application, the citizen pays the fee.
4. Receive a criminal record card at home or at the nearest post office at the request of the citizen.
Online criminal record paper issuance process:
1. Access the public service portal at the website dichvucong.gov.vn or dichvucong.hanoi.gov.vn to register/log in your account.
2. Fill in the electronic declaration form on the system of public service portals, download the attached documents such as identity card, CCCD, passport, power of attorney… as required.
3. Pay the criminal record issuance fee via online payment according to the instructions (the fee is 200,000 VND). Particularly for students, people with meritorious services to the revolution, relatives of martyrs, biological children and adopted children of people who have contributed to raising martyrs, the fee is 100,000 VND.
The free cases include: Children, the elderly, people with disabilities, poor households, extremely difficult communes, ethnic minorities, and border communes.
4. Choose where to receive the background checks by postal service or at the Department of Justice.
