Actually, it will depend on the “nature” of the money to be received.
1) If it is a capital injection, company have to update the licenses;
2) If it is a foreign loan, company have to register it with the bank and report to the State Bank of Vietnam. Then company have to repay it following the loan agreement signed;
3) Other way to receive money from overseas, that is: Company in Vietnam will charge (bill) the foreign company for a kind of service. The disadvantage of this way is that it will become the “revenue” of the company in Vietnam and the tax will incur if having profit.
